All payments must be successfully processed before an order can be shipped.

Order Processing & Shipping

At Elite UTV Parts, we strive to process and ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours of purchase.

However, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If an item is unavailable or temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Depending on your location, most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipment.

However, some products may ship from different warehouses and therefore arrive separately. Additionally, temporary stock shortages may occasionally cause slight delays. In most cases, backordered items are restocked within 2–3 business days.

Expedited Shipping

If you require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options, including next-day and second-day air services.

Additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us through our Contact Page for a customized shipping quote.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are generally emailed once the carrier processes the shipment.

However, some products ship directly from manufacturer or partner warehouses, and tracking information may not always be automatically provided. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact our customer service team and we will gladly assist you.

Backordered Products

If a product you ordered becomes unavailable and is placed on backorder, we will contact you by email with available options.

You may choose to:

• Wait for the item to become available

• Select a comparable replacement product

• Cancel the item and receive a full refund

Backorders are typically maintained for up to 10 days. If the item remains unavailable after this period, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued automatically.

Returns & Refunds

We take pride in offering high-quality UTV parts and accessories. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned within 2 weeks of delivery.

Please note the following return conditions:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Installed, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

• Windshields cannot be returned once the protective film has been removed.

• Special-order and custom-built products are non-returnable.

• Certain manufacturers may charge a restocking fee.

Furthermore, all returned items must be inspected and approved before a refund is issued.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally.

To receive an international shipping quote, please complete our overseas shipping request form or contact our customer support team. We will provide a shipping estimate as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping Policy

Most orders totaling over $99 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States.

However, free shipping does not apply to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• Certain oversized products

Additionally, customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges.

Some oversized products may require a flat-rate shipping fee regardless of order value.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

We proudly serve customers in Alaska and Hawaii.

However, shipping rates calculated during checkout may occasionally differ from actual carrier charges. If this occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.

If an agreement regarding shipping costs cannot be reached, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Pricing & Product Information

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, occasional errors may occur.

Therefore, Elite UTV Parts reserves the right to cancel any order resulting from incorrect pricing, product descriptions, or technical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Elite UTV Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our website.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, use, and compatibility of all products purchased.
